Long shot
I have no clue if anyone believes in past lives but I’ve slowly been unlocking one of mine. If anyone has had experience with it, what can I do to confirm things or even how to keep the process going? One of my friends that has been guiding me on this path (as she is the sister in the past life), I feel like I am bugging her each time I try to confirm the memory. I have spirits of my brother, best friend and husband of the past life bugging me, offering help but I doubt myself so much.

Something I've done is do research on the time & such. If you're able go to the area that the life happened in.
How are you doing this?
I believe in past lives for sure but I don't necessarily trust any of the sources who have given me information about mine so I don't know how to go about it but would definitely be interested in any ideas!
I think the biggest part is to trust your intuition. If it feels true, assume it is unless something different comes up. Because none of this is “logical” in a conventional sense. Science is only just starting to catch up. I have some information about some of my past lives but I’m only just starting to get into it. I started by talking to my spirit guides (just over a year ago) and it opened up a whole world to me. I asked them to tell me about a past life and they showed me some images. And after I looked at a map and my eye kept being drawn to a particular place. It didn’t make sense until I learned more about the area.
