Long shot

I have no clue if anyone believes in past lives but I’ve slowly been unlocking one of mine. If anyone has had experience with it, what can I do to confirm things or even how to keep the process going? One of my friends that has been guiding me on this path (as she is the sister in the past life), I feel like I am bugging her each time I try to confirm the memory. I have spirits of my brother, best friend and husband of the past life bugging me, offering help but I doubt myself so much.

Something I've done is do research on the time & such. If you're able go to the area that the life happened in.

How are you doing this?

I believe in past lives for sure but I don't necessarily trust any of the sources who have given me information about mine so I don't know how to go about it but would definitely be interested in any ideas!
