my son is scheduled for his first set of shots next month. me & his dad have been, and still are, contemplating giving them to him now or at least waiting until he’s 1, maybe a bit stronger, immune system wise, or maybe even not at all. for context, he just turned 3 months today, and i’ve literally been down a rabbit hole of videos with kids having such negative horrible reactions to these vaccines, i’ve had my cousin send me research of what’s in them and telling me not to get him it, and i’ve had friends tell me i’d be crazy not to. my thing is; i was vaccinated when i was younger, BUT 2003 is way different than 2026, the vaccines have changed. i just don’t want to make a decision that changes his life forever. i’m truly scared, i just want him, safe, healthy, as engaged as he is now, and alive. please no judgement, I’m a first time mom, scared to death, influenced by social media and sad vaccine stories. has anyone vaccinated their babies and has had either nothing worth mentioning or successful stories ?? i just want the best for him, any advice is appreciated !! again, please no judgement. if you’re rude, no shade, you’re getting it right back.

Vaccinated both my kids. Zero issues. My 2 year old has hit every milestone months early. Everyone I know vaccinates and not one has had anything other then mild fever for a day or so. I would suggest reaching out to pediatrician on the research of this versus researching on social media which is really not real information or studies. Good luck to you!
