What toys can I get for my 14 month old to play with so he will be entertainmented for more than 5 mins?
He has blocks, balls and some toys that are batter operated but he gets bored easily and wants me to play with him.
I don't want to spend a lot.
Took him the the park a few times he was scared on the swing
I also take him out to my garden in a walker, about 20 mins.

It's a tricky one because every baby is different. Mine does only very rarely play independently... 😅

My little boy likes cogs, little people, lift the flap books, banging things so you could even use pots and pans with some spoons or whatever and he likes pots with lids to put things in and out. They generally don't play with much for longer than 5 minutes at this age but you can definitely utilise things you already have at home. I sometimes put rice in a tray with some spoons or a muffin tray will balls or small objects on. Masking tape over the top of them is good as they like pulling it off to get the things out. I also sometimes freeze stuff into ice like duplo etc and he enjoys bashing them until they come out x
