Preschool booster jabs

My 3 year old had his booster jabs on Thursday and his arm is like this. It's warm to touch but isn't affecting him when I do touch it. He's well in himself, no temp or redness on other arm. Should I be worried?

No that’s pretty common. If he was super unwell, high temp, not eating, screaming then I’d be concerned but a red area that’s swollen is a normal reaction. My son had the same it went away after a few days

It’s normal. But what doctors would do is draw around the redness. If it gets outside the mark then take him to a pharmacist
