Eczema worsening
Does anyone have any recommendations about creams or what I can do to help my little boys eczema?
We've been to the GP and had a course of hydrocortisone steroid which did not help, apply zerobase throughout the day and we are now trying balmonds skin salvation but he's so itchy im at a loss

Zinc cream. Ideally a high content one like Drought Secret or make your own using non nano zinc powder and castor oil to a 2:1 ratio.
Steroids suppress the inflammation but cause all sorts of internal issues too. Zinc will help with the inflammation.
It’s a good idea to wrap the zinc with gauze too and change every 24hrs.
