Tummy bug?
My LO is very tired, off his food, very clingy/crying a LOT more than usual, and when I pick him up he whimpers like he’s in pain. He’s also a lot more gassy? For context, he is on laxatives as he struggles with constipation but has been on them for months now so these are all new symptoms. Anyone else’s LO had symptoms similar and found out what it was? So hard when they can’t communicate with you what’s wrong

Most of the time when I’ve had issues like this it was teeth coming in. They can really bother them and new symptoms will come out of nowhere it seems. If he hasn’t shown other signs of a stomach virus like throwing up, fever, disturbed sleep etc. it might be something else
