Do you guys actually want friends?
I see a lot of moms in here saying they want other mom friends, and I love that because same 🫶🏽
But in my experience, a lot of the time when I actually connect with moms who say that, there’s no follow through. Communication is inconsistent, no one is really proactive about planning playdates, and the friendship just doesn’t get the chance to grow.
I get it, making friends as adults can feel a little awkward. But I’m not a man and I’m not pursuing you 😭 this is a two way street. Friendships take effort from both sides.
I’m all for building real connections, but it has to be mutual.

I just started on here and I’m a momma whose proactive about friendships. I do wanna make friends and I do wanna plan play dates and I’m the type who shows up and yes it has the be mutual. I’m sorry yur experiencing flakiness like that.
😭😭 sorry this is funny. I will say literally ive connected with one actual person from here we've hung out about 3-4 times but the issue for me is that EVERYONE is so dang far. I literally was about to make a post saying does anyone live near henderson because GEEZ 😩
Agreed. Effort is needed on both sides. I’m not like that. I joined this looking for genuine friendship and a real village, because I know I need that.
I do too!! I’m nervous and get scared because I’ve been abandoned so many times
