Like what do you actually do when everyday is the same; have no support, stuck in a constant cycle
I’m so bored, sad, lonely fed up

I understand where you’re at and I’d like to share that getting out of that space is possible.
Get back to yourself. Try to incorporate things that are outside of your normal day to day.
Go on a walk, go to a different grocery store, have lunch at a restaurant or park.
I know you feel lonely but you’re not! I obviously don’t know you or your life but what I’ve found when I get to this point is that it’s time for me to challenge myself.
Good luck!

I felt that way for a while, the winter storms and snow didn’t help.. I recommend finding a therapist you like and trying to get outside as much as possible for walks

First - I promise that loop will stop. For me it happens at 4.5 months. Sleep training helped me immensely.
Second - Been there for a while. I absolutely hated when people said to get on anti depressants or see a therapist. Pills seemed like a bandaid solution and a therapist seemed like time theft. Any free minute I had I wanted to sleep or dissociate
But I took antidepressants and it wasn’t like a bandaid at all. It felt like I woke up from a spell.
To get out of the funk fully though I needed to do the following
1 - get on the phone and FaceTime more. I had to be completely honest with my family and friends who all live in another country that I needed their interaction
2- I had to plant seeds and meet new people and force myself to go out more even with my baby. Even just for coffee
3- I had to find things to look forward to and plan my day. If my day wasn’t planned I felt so stuck and lost. I began doing projects at home (I’m a graphic designer) just for fun

Felt… I’m here for you though.
