I think my lo is teething she had been so upset the past two days. She seems fine in the morning but when the afternoon comes she starts to cry in pain and is shoving her fists into her mouth, it also seems as though the pain comes and go throughout the rest of the day.
I've looked in her mouth but can't see or feel anything coming through yet, I'm unsure if I should take her to the GP as she's usually quite a happy girl, just looking for some advice on what to do or tips and tricks for teething to help soothe her pain

Ashton and Parsons teething powder, it's amazing! Just rub onto the gums and it numbs them.
If you don't want to go that route, I used to keep a selection of teethers in the fridge and rotate them for my son to chew on, they're nice and cold but not freezing!

My little one keeps having bouts of uncontrollable screaming and eventually he lets a big burp out. I have noticed that it occurs after tummy time- no idea whether it shifts gas or he gulps air whilst on his tummy. Try and see if there are any patterns.
One time I managed to stop the crying by scratching all over his body- whether he had an itch or was distracted by the change in sensation I don’t know
