Anyone else feel they need time to recover after a failed transfer…

I’ve had 4 failed transfers. (1 successful in the middle of those that resulted in having my son).
I had a failed transfer in January, and felt I needed a few weeks “off” before planning the next transfer. Just feel burnt out emotionally and “not myself”. Feeling anxious at times, usually I don’t have anxiety. Maybe it’s from coming down from the medications/ hormones. Or just the emotional stress of another failed transfer. I’m already thinking maybe this upcoming transfer will be last transfer attempt- even though we have 3 embryos left. Due to being tired of going through fertility treatments. I started with my initial fertility appointment in 2020. Just venting and wondering if anyone can relate.

I know the feeling, I took time after each of my failed transfers. This first I was in denial and the last I did a physical, mental and emotional reset which helped.

There’s no perfect formula, give yourself grace. Hoping it goes well for you.

Hi! I've been there. It's exhausting, emotional, heartbreaking. I have taken breaks and it was sooooo good for my body and mind. You're not alone 🤍
