Any Nappy changing hacks?

Since he’s been crawling he rolls and crawls around with no nappy. We use pull ups but he’s so mobile getting him to stay still is very tricky!

I've heard putting something in both of their hands works for some (mine just throws them😂)

Honestly, just distract them as best as you can. Give them a toy, clean nappy, wet wipe packet, sing silly songs to focus their attention. Do what you can, but some times they are just going to fight and scream at you. You just have to hold them still and keep your cool as best as you can. If I start getting frustrated my daughter just plays up even more 😒

I find letting her stand up at the sofa or somewhere works best, I can prop a book/toy in front of her and just do my best one leg at a time!

Boy night time diapers

Hey boy mommas! I have a 5 month old tomorrow and for the past couple nights, he’s started peeing through his diapers at night and soaking his clothes. Any suggestions on the best night time diapers for baby boys who pee a lot?

Bassinet to Crib

My LO is 10 weeks and growing fast! She has already doubled her birth weight and is “tall” I know I’ll have to transition her to a crib. She currently sleep beside our bed in her bassinet. Curious - when and how did that happen for your LO? Did you move crib into your room? Sleep in their room to ease with the change?

Next to me crib

Is my baby growing out of her next to me? She’s 4.5 months old and I’m not ready to put her in her own room yet (I know should wait until 6 months anyway) but is she still okay in this crib?

Bed sharing mamas - set up??

So I am bed sharing with my baby. It’s the only way we get sleep. She is now practicing standing and is super mobile. I feel on edge that she will fell of the bed.

How do you guys do it? Push the bed against a wall? Have you got some covers on the side . Share all your tips x

How can I get enough sleep 😴

My 11 month old has never been a great sleeper. He went to bed at 8:00pm last night. Me and my partner tidied up and went to sleep at 9ish. Baby still wakes 3 times a night and can take a while to resettle. My partner wakes up at 5 for work and he is also very tired.

He often wakes up close to my alarm too (when working). My alarm was set for 6 and baby woke up at 4:30. He only went back to sleep in his cot at 5:30. Meaning there is no time for me to go back to sleep and my day has started at 4:30.

Even when going to bed at 9, I still cannot catch enough sleep to get me through the day. I am 14 weeks pregnant and the tiredness is hitting me hard.

Don't understand the white soft play trend

Is anyone else confused why there are so many white/cream soft plays popping up everywhere. Visually they are so dull and not stimulating for a child. I would never pay the ridiculous prices they ask (more than normal soft play)
