Weak knees and ankles!

Since having my LO 13 weeks ago my knees and ankles have been getting progressively weaker. Standing in the morning or after a period of time sitting causes stiffness and sometimes pain when trying to walk again. Once I’m up and warmed up it’s not a problem at all. I’ve read this is common post pregnancy. Has this happened to anyone else and is there anything I could be doing to ease this?

Yep had it so bad after my first. Had to go to 4 months of PT and do strength training.

Yes same here.
My legs & knees feel weak, when standing from sitting position or on the floor.

I'm 6M PP with my third and still feeling this. Also in PT and learned that nursing could be the reason due to the prolactin released that caused joint laxity

I tell everyone it's all pain, no gain to try and laugh it off hahaa

Am I making the right choice?

I have recently decided to go for an elective C-section.
If this was your last birth experience would you do the same? I know it’s an individual choice but I keep doubting myself but I just had such a bad time… 😞

It was a Vbac …. Ended with…

-episiotomy with forceps
-retained placenta
-2litres blood loss with transfusion.
-GBS positive (probably going to be positive again)
-since birth 4 years ago i have been having issues with bowel incontinence 🙈

Husband help

FTM
We have to have an early elective c section for medical reasons on Friday. My husband seems not to understand recovery at all, suggesting we have his brother's within the week and go out for dinner etc at 2 weeks as I should have 'recovered' by then. This seems too much to me, am I being unreasonable?

12-18 month wait

Hi - my midwife said 12-18 month wait before having another baby post c section, I think I may be pregnant again too soon to test but I just have a feeling. I’m 8M PP, so baby would be due around December which would be 17-18 months. Has anyone had a second c section in this time frame? Is it 12-18 months from c section or to get pregnant after then?
