When did you go into labour?

I'm 35 weeks and totally freaking out. I feel like baby is going to arrive anyday. So I'm kinda looking for people to comment 37 weeks plus 😅 so I can chill out

39 with my first naturally and 40+1 with my second that was induced

Avatar

I would like to preface this with the fact I was high risk for multiple reasons-
I started having contractions and spotting at 30+5 and I was officially dialated at 31+2 when I was checked

I was induced at 41+4 and I did ALLLLLLLL the old wives tales to try inducing labor starting at 37 weeks.

I went 41 and had to be induced because I showed no signs of going into labor anytime soon

34+2 with my first, water randomly broke. 38+6 with my second. 37+5 with my 3rd! My body all over the place 😂

First Trimester Hell

I’m almost 8 weeks and I’m honestly a bit shocked by how hard the first trimester is. It’s not even the nausea for me, it’s the physical changes. I feel swollen, full of fluid, my hands feel weak, my legs and knees feel weak, my skin is changing so fast, I feel I’ve already aged a decade, and my breasts have doubled in size and are so sore that I can’t sleep properly. Bra hurts, no bra hurts, and lying down sometimes literally makes me feel like I can’t breathe because of the weight of them.
I really didn’t expect it to be this intense this early. How did you get through the first trimester? I’m dreading getting through the next 7 months like this… Any tips would be very appreciated.

9 month nursery funding, help!

Hi, I'm just trying to figure out when my girl is eligible for the 9 month funding... It's the term after she turns 9 months, so it would be September term if she's born at the end of September? Because I'm sure I've read online that it's January and I'm not sure how that works 😭 it baffles my brain

Period post birth

So my baby is now 4months and I still have not had my first period. Is this normal?! I don’t remember waiting this long with my other two babies! This is my first c section.

2 under 2

I just found out that I’m pregnant again at 15 months postpartum. I’m gonna have another December baby. There’s a very high chance they’ll have the same birthday. I don’t know how to feel right now. I’m turning 22 in a few months. This is gonna be so hard. And I feel bad that I’ll be potentially giving birth when I’m supposed to be celebrating my daughter’s birthday. I don’t want her to feel like an afterthought.

Have you started preparing for baby?

Im currently 34 week about to be 35 weeks and im having the urge to nest since I’ve had my 1st and 2nd babies at 37 weeks. I feel like im less prepared for this baby since I still have things from my 1st 2 I haven’t really bought anything but clothes. And I’m barely now starting to prepare my body for birth by stretching and doing breathing exercises. I haven’t packed my hospital bag yet either and I feel like I still need to organize my house for baby. Just starting to feel like I’m behind on everything and feeling like I only have 2-3 weeks left. Anyone else feeling similarl?

NIPT at 9.5 weeks

I was told I could get my NIPT testing done at 9.5 weeks but I’m nervous it’s too early. Has anyone else gotten it done at 9.5 weeks and been fine? There were just so many vials, I would be bummed if I needed to do it again. 😅
