Are you taking pre made formula bottles? Also no perfume around newborns for the first few weeks it’s way too much for them.
The frida mom disposable knickers. They were so supportive on my wobbly empty tummy and super comfortable. I used them for the first few weeks. I had a c section and they were comfortable on my scar
