Can probably go without perfume, might be a little strong for baby. Just pack some deodorant

Take way more hats than you think.
Are you taking pre made formula bottles? Also no perfume around newborns for the first few weeks it’s way too much for them.

The frida mom disposable knickers. They were so supportive on my wobbly empty tummy and super comfortable. I used them for the first few weeks. I had a c section and they were comfortable on my scar

Bibs, I never took enough in with me. You will use more baby clothes than you think. Depending on the area your in you may need to take in your own formula if your baby’s using it

The hospital will provide as many wipes and diapers you need so keep yours at home! As well as different pacifiers if you want to use them. No perfume or heavy scented products, babies are super sensitive and can hurt their nose and can easily irritate their skin. You can use a syringe or you can use a plastic spoon for feeding colostrum in the very beginning after birth.

They will also provide as many warm blankets as you want or need! As far as the underwear you will be given these very large pads and depending on your pain level a huge ice pack for down there so you will need large panties or use the very comfy( in my opinion) panties they give you.
