2 week old keeps being sick after feeds

Any advice on how to reduce how much my baby is being sick? We're breastfeeding and have been working on getting a deep latch, I burp after every feed and keep her upright for around 10mins after each feed. She's gaining weight well but so horrible to see her being sick so often. It's not always after each feed and the timings seems to vary so sometimes it's straight after a feed, other times it's after burping, sometimes it's even 30/40mins later. Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

You may want to try keeping her upright for longer. My little boy is sick unless we hold him up for at least 20 mins. Since we started holding him longer, the sickness has stopped x

My little boy who is now 19 months was ALWAYS sick as he had a floppy larynx. To the point we would take an adult bath town out with us to clean his vomit instead of a muslin how most parents would 🙈 we tried burping, holding upright, breaking up feeds, slowing the milk flow, etc, nothing worked.

He slowly grew out of the vomiting when he started weaning at 6-8 months
Sorry I’ve no advice other than keep a towel with you 🙈

Big bed

Did anyone put their little ones into a Montessori bed or toddler bed early? I’m due my second baby in September and I love our cot and would love to get more use out of it. But my daughter will only be 17 months when baby arrives.

I was thinking of using the cot for the baby/going in the babies room and then getting my girl a Montessori bed but before baby arrives to avoid too many transitions at once.

Wondered if anyone has done the same and it didn’t ruin their sleep ect?

What age did you stop breastfeeding?

So I love my breastfeeding journey and I’m not trying to stop anytime soon. My youngest just turned 1. Does anyone have any positive stories to share about their journey and how you dealt with things like biting, dips in supply, or self-weaning?

Help. It’s 10:21 pm and I want to give up. I don’t enjoy being a mom.

My 6 week old baby girl has been crying nonstop today, and nothing seems to soothe her. She’s been really gassy, and we think she might have reflux since she’s also been spitting up frequently. She only wants to stay on the breast as well . Shes been feeding for almost an hour, and every time I try to unlatch her, she starts crying again. Has anyone experienced this or know what might be going on? What can I do to help her ? Am I supposed to just let her suck on my breast for the whole night ? I love my baby so much but I’m so frustrated and wish my baby would stop crying.

Newborn car seat recommendations please

We have a 2 week old baby around 7 lbs7 and his current car seat (nuna pipa next) is not fit for purpose, it doesn’t recline and it forces him into a slumped position with chin thrust to his chest. I don’t feel comfortable taking him anywhere in the car. Please can you share your recommendations for a safe and comfortable car seat suitable for a newborn?
