Has anybody managed to step outside since the baby arrived? We were considering starting super local, 10 min by car to somewhere where we can go on a pram walk or cafe. But we were wondering if this is safe, given the baby has no vaccines yet. What’s everyone doing?

My 1 week old cluster feeds from around 10:00pm - 2:00am. And during this time we go through multiple nappy changes and attempts to put him down because he falls asleep. I’m exhausted around this time of the day too. Any tips for surviving?

I had an enormous bump, all out front. I am now 3 weeks pp and my belly still looks about 20 weeks pregnant, can't fit into any of my jeans other than maternity. When will it go down?!

I’ve told him I want to end the marriage as he has no respect for my boundaries. It is not an appropriate setting for a married man who clearly cannot resist temptation. Our baby is just weeks old. He’s great with the baby but now emotionally cold with me & says he agrees to end things. We’ve stopped speaking & I feel quite lonely & upset. This isn’t a query, just sharing this current difficulty I am experiencing post partum.
