I did my 1 hour fasting glucose test today and scored 70. WAYYY lower than my first. My first pregnancy I scored 135, I was close to failing. Has anyone experienced this? A significant difference in glucose results with pregnancies? Does it even mean anything? Anything to worry about?
My Dr didn’t seem worried but im still curious.

Girl long as I aint have to do that 3 hour I didn't care about the levels lol

lol I passed mine with a 78

Definitely not something to worry about.
GD happens because of the placenta. The placenta is different in every pregnancy. Its about a 50/50 shot someone who had it before will have it again.
So its normal to have very different results between pregnancies, even if you didn't have it last time.
