MIL is back in our lives
My partner has started talking to his mum again and wants to see my daughter. Now I know she will be safe if she see's her but I literally have sooo much anxiety about having her back in our lives (shes very verbally abusive and has been physically abusive to her own niece in the past)
Every time he asks me what to do, I cry... he wants his mum in his life but I don't want her in mine or my daughters 😫
What do I do !??

Say no, his decision to be in contact, you’re safeguarding your own and your daughter mental health
He can absolutely be in contact with her while you remain no contact and until she proves things have changes your daughter would only have short supervised visits infrequently.
