Formula ratio

I have just found out my partner mixed our daughters formula wrong this morning. He made a 180ml bottle and only put in 4 scoops of formula instead of 6 (we swapped between 120mls and 180mls throughout the day as she takes different amounts so he must have got confused).
I have looking into this online (I know I probably shouldn't have) but now I'm really worried.
Has anyone done this before ?
I'm a first time mum so not sure if im overthinking it.

4 month sleep regression?

What does / did the 4 month sleep regression look like for you? I honestly thought we had already had it as baby went from waking once per night for ages (which was lovvvvely) to 2 or 3 times per night recently

But for the past few nights, my LB has been waking literally EVERY hour & i'm wondering if THIS is the 4 month sleep regression that we all fear??? I'm exhausted

Baby changing bags

Can anyone recommend a good baby changing bag? I’ve had a Gigil one but already had it replaced once in four months & the replacement bag is having the same fault. I really like the look of the totes for you one but it’s out of stock & eta on it being back in stock is September 🫠

Waking up every 10 minutes

I need some advice help before I loose my mind. My 6 month old has gone from sleeping all night to waking up every 10 minutes which is absolutely exhausting. I think I’ve had about 3 hours sleep the last couple of days. I’m already struggling as it is but she’s just not settling, I’ve tried sticking to the same routine everyday before bed (tea no later than 6, bath every other day, bottle and then bed) She’s literally screaming when she wakes up and it takes two of us just to get her settled or when she does wake up she’s wide awake and want la to bounce. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I feel like I’m failing with everything, I’ve been up since 5am this morning after it took 2 hours to get her to sleep.
Is this normal?

Introducing Formula

First time mom here. My baby is 5 weeks and I am exclusively breastfeeding.

Within the last couple of days, my baby has become clingy and wants the breast to sleep even though he’s not actively sucking. For this reason no one can really carry him and I have to carry him most of the time since all he does is eat and sleep.

I’m not really complaining because I know it’s just a phase and by next week he’ll grow out of it because he didn’t start this way.

I’m also considering pumping as well but my mil has been insisting that i introduce formula. I really don’t know what introducing formula would do because my milk supply is good maybe except someone else feeding him but it won’t stop him from wanting the nipple to sleep. I really don’t know what to do and she has suggested it 10 times in the last 2 days.

3month behavior

hello everyone, I just wanted to ask if it’s normal or if anyone else is going through the same thing that my baby is going through. So currently I noticed that my three month old is talking less and is more quiet throughout the day. her naps are also getting harder to put her down and they’re lasting shorter and she’s starting to eat a bit more because she only naps when there’s a bottle in her mouth. I know it might be a sleep regression, but I just wanted to know if her being less engaged with a convo is something I should worry about, but she still smiles and interacts with objects and people.
