My husband who is soon to be 45 is showing signs of not getting erect as quickly, not keeping erect as long as he used to. He has been stressed with work, lacking sleep ,had some depression, suspected diabetes because of some related symptoms etc so I know these factors wouldn't help. Wondering how common this is with other men 42 years plus? I'm yet to have a heart to heart with him about it. I started to suspect he might be cheating but I don't think he is.

Could there be a porn addiction present ?? A lot of the time that coincides with ED unfortunately. If that is the case its very hard to break the cycle and needs intense therapy.
