Mental health routines

Any fellow bipolar/BPD girlies here? I’m interested to see how people maintain “stability” through their daily routines, especially if you have young children. I have an 8 month old and I’m struggling with a lack of routine 😩 Any tips or advice would be great 🙏🏻

Since im currently pregnant I was told to go off vraylar as theres not enough research on it. Stayed on zoloft for anxiety. Something that helps me with my mood is journaling and also an app called balance. It has meditation routines that are made specifically for you based on how you answer questions about your day or mood etc. As for routines, I dont got much of one though so idk about that stuff 🤣 I work and take care of 8yo son (husband helps he works too) I def need to be motivated to clean way more than I do... I love books so sometimes listening to an audio book gets me going to stay focused enough to do dishes/sweep/mop/clean bathrooms/vacuum etc
