When do you find out about your c section date? I’m 38 + 5 and still haven’t heard yet.

i would phone up as this seems like leaving it a bit last minute on their part. most hospitals are disorganised so chase up

I got my date when I was 17 weeks ish. So it all depends on hospital trust. Would advise you contact yours asap

I would chase this up. I got a provisional date around 32 weeks and then had it confirmed at my pre op appointment on Thursday.

I got a call last week about it. It was only 4 days after deciding as well. I’m currently 38+4

I had mine at 36 weeks but I think it varies depending on location. I’d call as you can be booked for an elective c-section from 39 weeks

Potty shot at 11-12 weeks

Hey mamas! I'll be 12 weeks at my ultrasound on Thursday and i'm wondering if it's possible to get a potty shot and see baby's gender at 11-12 weeks? I confirmed my son's gender via potty shot at 13 weeks for my 1st pregnancy but not sure if it's possible at 11-12 weeks? I got my sneak peak results, which say i'm having a girl but i want to confirm on NIPT & ultrasound before i start buying things and getting things ready. (Obviously i know NIPT will be most reliable, but the results take time so i'm just wanting to know if anyone has had baby's gender confirmed at 11-12 weeks via potty shot)

20 week scan

I had my 20 week scan last Friday, everything was fine but she said that little girl had a big stomach and could potentially mean GD, the chart told her she was just under the worrying measurement to like get a early test for it but I’m still pure panicking about it that I’ve done something wrong to cause this. I have another scan on Thursday due to her being cheeky and not allowing them to get spine measurements so thinking I should ask for a second look? Anyone else been told this before and it been okay? Maybe she’s just a chunk lol x

Induced?

I went into triage today after having reduced movements after my sweep yesterday. They have offered for me to be induced tomorrow morning. They said my waters are bulging and that i am already 4cm dilated. But not in active labour.
They said they were gonna break my waters and try the balloon. I had a previous c section before and was really hoping for a VBAC this time: does anyone have any words of wisdom? Am i making the right choice in being induced?

20 Week Scan

Had my 20 week Scan today. They couldn’t get a proper view of baby’s heart so asked us to return next week, everything else looked fine. And I also have a low lying placenta. Anyone else have this?

6 weeks post partum check up

I'm a first time mum and got my 6 week check next week, its just for me as my baby is having hers at 8 weeks when she has her jabs. What should I expect? What will they ask and what do they check?
