I am now 4 DPO my progesterone level is 11.12 is that a good thing if I'm TTC?

Progesterone is produced in pulses during the luteal phase so your exact level can vary greatly from one hour to the next. Your level is high enough to confirm that you did ovulate but it can’t really tell you much more than that. If you turn out to be pregnant progesterone will become more consistent and then you could have it tested again to see if it’s high enough to support pregnancy or low
