This is the first spring I've had a toddler who can run around and he just wants to be outside in the garden. Our garden is permanently wet....! Like everyone else's....and he just wants to sit on the muddy wet concrete which I can't brush because it's never dry enough...😂. The shady bits of my garden even have algae and moss now...
How are we dealing with this? Stop the kids going out or just accept it's 5 changes of clothes a day 😣

It’s great they want to be outside!
Have you got a puddle suit? Saves the clothes. It’s like an all in one waterproof coat. And wellies. When it’s warmer I’d just be doing nappies only and then showering them off 😂 or put up with he washing 😂
Definitely get a mud kitchen for the garden if you can. Hours of fun! People often are getting rid of old toddler kitchens for free or cheap on Facebook marketplace place. Stick it outside and add water and some old pots and pans.

As above, puddle suit and if you get a yard brush you can scrub down the concrete when wet 🙌🏻

Puddlesuit! My daughter plays in the garden all the time we just put a Puddlesuit over her clothes and she’s fine x
