How many breast or bottle feeds are your 7 month old on?

My LO has taken quite well to food and is having 3 meals a day but I’m concerned with his lack of interest in milk now. He breastfeeds better overnight than during the day. During the day he feeds at roughly 7am, 9am, 11.30am, 1.30pm, 4.30pm and 7pm. I dropped the 9am feed but now he’s refusing the 4.30pm one as well. He takes 1 bottle of formula a day but that even takes him about an hour to get 5oz down. How many feeds is everyone’s 6-8 month old on at present?

Breakfast between 7-8am

First bottle between 10-11am

Dinner around 12

Bottle 3-4pm

Tea 5pm

She'll have a bottle as part of bedtime routine around 7pm

She might wake up for another few ounces and then she usually wakes up 2-3am for a bottle

But I will say shes GREEDY 🤣🤣 shes my 3rd,my second wasn't interested in food till around 12 months and took 3-5oz every 3-4 hours untill around 1 but he was teeny at 12 months he only weighed 14lb

To the mums of 2 kids

When and how did you know to have your second? My son doesn’t sleep well but this is the only difficulty we have with him, he’s an absolute angel otherwise. Me and my husband do want another, but when do you know when to try? My son is 9 months, and I think I want one sooner rather than later, so I don’t have to get used to sleep and no nappies to go through it all again. But then I question if I could cope with 2, or do you just get on with it?

I just want a day off.

I am EBF, so it’s not an option really. I doubt he would take a bottle at nearly 5 months and my plan was to feed until at least 6 months, but most probably beyond that. BF is easy in a way too!

The sleep regression has been wild. It’s getting me down. I just want one longer stretch of sleep. Not feeding every 30 mins-2 hours overnight. I resent my partner because of it, the freedom he has. He doesn’t even need to ask, he can just go somewhere alone. I have to ask for a break.

I really enjoyed motherhood up until now, where the lack of sleep is getting to me.
