Please could someone explain how to do this as if I’m 5 years old? lol
Also what do you do with formula when you have a full day out?

Hot shot is where you pour boiling water in with the formula like 2 ounces say..and the rest with cooler boiled water so that the bottle is sterile and the right temp x

boil some water keep put it in a sterilised bottle and let it cool
say ur making a 6oz bottle add ur 6 scoops of formula to a new bottle add 2oz of freshly boiled water mix it together then add 4oz of the cooled boiled water from earlier
when out of the day i kept 2 flasks on me one with boiling hot water and one with cooled down boiled water and then formula already measured out in individual little pots x

I used mam bottles which were perfect for the hot shot method, I used the nuby rapid cool in tandem. So I would pour the boiled water into the bottle (empty) and measure out how much I needed per ounces, then pour 50ml of boiling water into the lid of the mam bottle (they have the measurements on them upside down for this reason), keep that to one side. Pour the rest of boiling water into the nuby rapid cool and shake. Pour your formula into the bottle and add your hot shot (from the lid), swirl/mix and then top up with the cooled water from the rapid cool.
Worked perfectly for us every time! Perfect temp for baby too ☺️

Thanks all! ☺️
