I wouldnt waste my time on lh strips especially if you’ve been on the pill for years as that might have masked a mountain of issues and the cheap strips will just confuse you. A mira tracker would serve you way better to get an accurate picture. We got pregnant on the first try with mira when i was 37. Also worth getting amh and afc tests done via a reasonable provider like hertility or similar just to know what you’re working with because if you don’t have that much time to play with, you may need to consider other options. - sorry if this is not the vibe you were looking for but I wish someone was honest with me back then.. The age does matter but it’s absolutely possible, just really work on your egg quality, not just prenatals etc but coq10, nac, nad, inositol, melatonin, acupuncture etc.

I got pregnant straight away at 36 and 38. I wouldn't worry about age.
Just eat well, go for walks to stay fit, take folic acid, vit d, coq10. Although I didn't take any of this the first time. All the best ❤️

got pregnant at 37 and then 39 with my mono mono twins . just stay positive and take prenatals religiously .

Is this normal?

Is it normal for my husband to feel like all touching is sexual? Recently I was asking for more nonsexual touching, like cuddling and hugging etc, especially when I’m feeling touched out and exhausted and just want normal affection. He’s a very loving and doting husband and ofc wants to oblige, but he was like, “It’s difficult because you’re gorgeous and every kind of touch feels like it could lead there.“ Basically he was explaining that he gets turned on by me with any kind of touch, and it’s hard for him not to want more.

I acknowledge that after 7 years of marriage maybe this is the opposite of a problem 😂 But I feel like humans should be able to touch and cuddle without it always being a turn on??
Is it normal for a guy to be turned on by any touching??

Thinking about baby number 2, but worried about potential PPD again

Hi everyone. I think I'm just looking for some reassurance here. I suffered with PPD after giving birth to my firstborn son, and I don't think I realised what I was going through until about 6 months. I'm thinking of starting TTC for a second child, but I worry so much about falling back into that awful headspace again. I do feel like I'm more aware of what to expect and how to better take care of myself, but there's no certainty that it won't happen again and I worry about that, especially with having a child already and how it could potentially impact them.

Has anyone been through this that can offer some reassurance please?
