Definitely need to stop milk at bed time. It can cause decay in teeth. But is it possible she’s too warm or cold? I know if my son is too warm at night he wakes up a lot more so I have a fan in there and I set a timer on it. And he has a sound machine. A

It’s really common for toddlers this age to wake for bottles, but at 18 months it’s usually more about comfort than hunger. Instead of stopping suddenly, try gradually reducing the number or amount of bottles over a few nights (drop one bottle every 3 days), or diluting the milk with water. You can also try settling her without a bottle first and only offering a smaller feed if she doesn’t go back to sleep- you need to break the wake = bottle association. Make sure she’s getting enough food and milk during the day, 3 meals and a few snacks (as well as milk during the day). It might involve some protesting, but with consistency she’ll learn to sleep without needing so many night feeds.

Pampers nappies

Laugh if you like, I don’t know what’s right and what’s wrong! 🤣
So my mum mentioned that pampers used to do boy nappies and girl nappies. Is this true?

We went to Asda today and they have size 5 with a boy on the packaging, then a size 5+ with a girl on it. (Might be the other way round) but doesn’t actually say it.

We only started talking about this as now my boy is rolling, when he poo’s it’s going to the front of his nappy.

Thoughts?
Ps. Thanks 👀

I’m sorry but does anyone else find it secretly satisfying when …

When you were the first of your friends to have kids and they low key fell out of your life, never supported you, and ghosted you a little and now they’re having their first pregnancy and they start reaching out for help and advice.

My friend just called crying because her parents called her fat at 25 weeks pregnant (she looks normal). She was obviously very upset and I let her know they were assholes and not to worry.
My parents did the same thing to me with my weight and non of my childless friends understood or gave a shit.

Unable to put breastfed baby down

My baby simply will not be put down anywhere. I literally can’t get anything done at home or even care for myself without somebody here helping. I can’t even go to the toilet. He is either sleeping my arms or awake crying .

I am sat on the sofa feeding him every 30 minutes. He falls asleep. I transfer and then awake again crying. Same viscous cycle. He won’t take a dummy. Does anybody have any advice 😭
I have a toddler that I also need to look after
