Cleaning up after baby

Okay, so my daughter will eat until full and I'll take her out of her highchair and put her down with her toys and go to sweep up her mess...
Am I the only one with a baby that will speed crawl to where I'm sweeping and try to eat what I'm sweeping up? Like she's 1000% done in the high chair but the second I sweep it up into one pile on the floor she all of a sudden needs everything in that pile and will scream cry when I sweep it into the dust pan? Does anybody else's baby do this??

Yep. My son will finish his food, 100% finish because he's just throwing it on the floor and showing no more signs of wanting to eat. As soon as he's out, if me or his sister arent finished he's after our plates, he's after the left overs on the floor or on his chair.

I won't let him eat anything off the floor but I give him stuff from my plate or let him pick at the stuff from his chair as it's high enough for him while I clean the floor lol.

Breast pump

Does anyone have one like this? If so, can I try it?

Would you help?

Question inspired by some recent polls seen here; would you help a little girl in the bathroom if her dad asked you to?
If approached by a dad alone with his daughter would you help the little girl in the bathroom with wiping/hand washing if asked? Why or why not?

Anybody know where I can get decent bras?!

Anyone know anywhere I can get bras where the bit joining the cup isn't a bit of dental floss😂
I like fuller cups with the middle bit being higher up the cups to hold it together. Also light padding and not fussed whether it has wire or not, but I'm really struggling to find bras after stopping breastfeeding. 😔

Teaching self settling

Can anyone share what you are doing to help your little ones learn to self settle? My daughter has never been great at self settling but it’s got worse the last few weeks and we are pretty much exclusively rocking or feeding her to sleep. I know this is totally normal at this age (she’s 17 weeks) but I’d really like to start to encourage her to try to self settle, with the hope of avoiding any proper ‘sleep training’ further down the line.

We’ve tried putting her down ‘drowsy but awake’ and she screams, we’ve tried patting/shushing/hand on chest and she screams, we’ve tried a dummy (which she takes but still screams)… is it just a case of continuing to offer her opportunities to self settle and hoping something clicks?! My first never had any issues self soothing so this is new territory!
