It does take time for the first poop to come that I remember, it was a weird texture for me.
What normally helps you go poop? Make try laxatives or prune juice even.

I had my little boy 3 months and girl 6 years ago. I totally forgot how bad and painful the gas is.
You can try drinking peppermint tea it really helped me and weirdly enough laying down with a pillow either under your legs or between if on side. Other that that plenty of water an walking about

Peppermint tea and chewing gum worked well. Never had an issue !

My first poop was one week later and I truly thought it was worse than the c section! I did a serving of miralax daily after that and had it in a body armour lyte so I couldn’t taste it! Helped me go more regular for sure

get some peppermint capsules they work amazing they usually give them on surgical wards because it's normal to have trapped gas after surgery
hope this helps and congratulations on your little one 🩷

First, congratulations! I agree with above comments- peppermint, chewing gum, can someone bring you green supplement, probiotics/ prebiotics? The poppi prebiotic drink has helped me in general. A relaxant tea - peppermint, smooth move, chamomile etc

A hottie tottie . Mix warm apple juice & ginger ale! Works like a charm 🙏🏽🌹

Girl get you some gas-x they’re chewable tabs they helped a lot when I was fresh post op

Lactulose is what helped me.. The pain was horrendous so I know exactly how you feel😩
