Clingy toddler while pregnant help!

Another other mums have any advice? My daughter is 2 years 3 months and in a super clingy phase which isnt like her, maybe its my hormones! She wants me to lift her constantly and my back is aching already and Im nervous for when Im even bigger as still 21 weeks to go… My husband is amazing but she is kicking off when he tries to do bedtime etc. She wants me to rock her again after not needing to for months. I am just knackered and a bit touched out this week I guess! 🫣

My daughter's a bit older but she had the same reaction to my pregnancy. We figured she was trying to get attention by acting like a baby again, so we started giving her attention specifically for being a big girl. She's been responding really well to a reward jar — she earns it for doing "big girl" things and can spend it on treats like sweets, a play date, or screen time.
Some of her "big sister duties" include helping with the laundry, filling the dishwasher, helping me plan our walks, and spa days where we do bump care and face masks together. She's also in charge of our snack basket, and she helps decorate our nursery, picks baby books out and clothes, etc. And then we ensure we have family bonding time routinely ❤️

Hey, I have a 3 year old who is the exact same! I think it’s just a normal reaction to what’s happening to us too. Our bellies are getting bigger, we can’t lift as much etc. I’m going to get a couple of books soon too to try and help his understanding x

Been into her room 5 times already, even if she is in a deep sleep she wakes the second I move her and wants to be rocked, I physically cant do it anymore 😭

This literally sounds like us! My son has just turned 2, and I can’t get two minutes to myself, he is constantly hanging off me, only wants me, his Dad is devastated because he acts like he hates him, I was sat with my two sons (eldest is 13) on the sofa, with little man in the middle, the eldest gets up and goes upstairs so my partner sat down in his place and our youngest instantly moved over towards me in a panic!

I am hoping it’s just a phase as it’s really hurting his Dad and I can’t really do anything :/ I feel so bad! I just keep telling him it’s a phase and it’s not personal, but he wont even play with his Dad anymore, he just runs away from him :(

Not to mention as you said the strain on my back!! It’s hard work at the minute! So i feel you! X

Stressed and worried.

I’m 9 months post partum and a couple weeks ago I found out I’m pregnant with my second. I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have had high blood pressure since I’ve been checking the last 4 days. I had preeclampsia at the very end of my first pregnancy and for a few months after had dangerously high blood pressure and was put on medication. I guess I’m just worried about this pregnancy already cause I’m so early with very high blood pressure constantly. Im sure stressing about it isn’t helping. But there’s not much else I can do besides try to talk to my OB about it. Just worried I’ll be dismissed and told I’m fine.

Posterior placenta

Does anyone else find that sometimes the baby moving hurts?? I had an anterior placenta last time and didn't experience this but I'm sometimes in pain depending on how the baby moves (not all the time). I'm just scared when I get to 30+ weeks it's gona hurt even more as the baby will be even bigger

Is anyone actually enjoying pregnancy ?

So this is my first baby (probably my last too cause wth😭) and omg, the road has been long. I wouldn’t say I’ve enjoyed any part of it but I also feel very ungrateful for complaining. I see these other pregnant women on TikTok and it seems like they are having a blast. Like how does someone even have more than 2 kids??
