Has my baby got a flat head

Im really worried my 3 month ld has a flat back of the head, although he frequently moves his head in his sleep amd is held upright alot.

I’ve also been worried about my babies head as well I did get it checked and she said it was slightly but could be prevented by just making sure I do tummy time everytime he’s awake it’s such a worry though! I don’t think your babies head looks flat
