hey mamas! i was wonder how you guys track ovulation? i dont want birth control so i wanted to track using other ways. i use the app flo but my cycle isn’t always the same every month

Do you track Lh? If youbdo and see a pattern of lh surge around cd 10-14, dont have unprotected sex before lh surge rise. Bbt confirms ovulation happened. Thats where youre waking temp is higher than pre ovulation waking temp. I ovulate around cd 11 or 13 but im ttc so that we try. If you ovulate on say cd 13 dont have sex without protection up to 5 days before cd13
