Non itchy rash
Has anyone else’s child had these types of bumps before. They’re not itchy or bothersome from what I’ve seen. They’re mainly just on the back, belly and neck areas. We’ve been to a dermatologist and they’ve prescribed 2 diff things and one seemed to help them fade slightly when using but they just keep coming back once we stop (it’s a corticosteroid and meant for short term use) or they leave one spot and move to another. If any moms have seen this before plz let me know what you used for them.

what did the dermatologist say it was?
This looks like molloscum to me.
My little one had this all over his arms and back. I’ve been using the Cerave Salicylic acid wash on him (diluted heavily) and it’s cleared up soo fast. Followed by organic coconut oil to moisturise
