Experiencing an Early Miscarriage

I'm on day 3 of early miscarriage and curious what's next. My husband and I are ready for baby number two but lost on what to expect next. I just had a second round of bloodwork done and am curious what happens next. More appointments? When can we start trying again? How long until everything normalizes again?

I cramped really bad for the next week after my miscarriage. I don’t know much about trying for a baby afterwards but I would assume it’s safe to continue to try shortly after🤷‍♀️

I conceived my rainbow baby door days after my miscarriage with my first baby. You’re usually highly fertile for two months after a miscarriage. Obviously I was very lucky but anything is possible

So sorry you’re going through this. We had three miscarriages before my little one. We left it 2-3 months inbetween trying and then just stopped for a while and that when we conceived. My last miscarriage was the Feb and we conceived in May. They didn’t do any follow up appointments for any of mine, just checked bloods to make sure my hcg was going down and I had definitely lost the pregnancy and then that was it. When I did fall pregnant in the may I went to early pregnancy unit and they gave me progesterone that really helped me get past 6 week mark as that’s when I lost all of my others. Try whenever you’re ready but as others said, first two months are most fertile xx

How many C-sections have you had?

I’ve had 2 C-sections and we still want more kids but we know the risks of having multiple and it’s scary?

C section scar

Hi, I’ve had a c section and it has healed so nicely to the point where you can barely tell it’s there. Im worried if I have another will it possibly be way more noticeable and do they cut in the same spot? Should I be considering doing a vaginal birth? I loved my c section experience although it was an emergency c section last minute.

baby is here!! positive birth story!

Baby boy is here & i was supposed to have another c section today (april 13th) well my son had other plans and came a day early.
labor started on its own. i got to the hospital with contractions 3 minutes apart they checked me and i was 4cm dilated.
the contractions were AWFUL, the doctor came in literally 7 minutes later and i was at an 8 !
he said he could do the c section but he’d have to knock me out because there was literally no time due to dilating so fast or i could attempt vbac.
he quickly answered all my questions i could get out about vbac and told me since i was already at a 10 that vbac is less risky.
so i had my baby vaginal all natural with no epidural it was the absolute hardest & most painful thing but most beautiful thing ive ever done.
he and i are both safe and healthy and thats all that matters!! 🩵

No suncream before 6 months

Can someone tell me the difference between giving a 5 month old suncream or waiting until they are 6 months??
Yes I keep her in the shade as much as physically possible but its not always possible. And surely suncream on her face is better thab suncream damage???

Anyone feeling baby yet?

I’m 19 weeks and starting to feel a little bit nervous as I haven’t felt baby move yet. It’s baby no.2 for me and I’ve always heard of others saying you start feeling movements earlier with baby no.2. Im sure I had felt some flutters/movements by now with my 1st baby.

Edd date and c section date given

Hi ladies my edd is 1st august and I've been told my c section email will be at 39.5 weeks. This seems so so late.
When should I be advised of a c section date?
