Cows milk

I just did a straight swap. I asked the HV at her last review and she said you don't need to stagger or mix milk or anything like that.

You can do a straight swap. We tried but baby refused so we staggered it mixing 1oz cows to 6oz formula and then increasing 1oz cows every few days

Lool no don't worry. Yeah so give her bottles at her usual time but just use cows milk. I warm it slightly.

i started mixing around when he was 10 months and just added more milk over time. doesn’t notice difference. he’s off milk now and is a food diet now!

Straight swap, I used the Arla Big Milk which is for 1+ and has vitamins etc in it xx

I did the 75/25 50/50 and then 100
75 Enfamil w/ 25 whole so forth and so on.

We had to do it gradually every 2 weeks as our son had a bad reaction xx see what works for you!

at what age do you start introducing cows milk?

I slowly introduced cows milk to my 1 year old in case she had a reaction to it, but it’s completely up to you! I replaced 2 oz of formula for milk and slowly upped it every couple days!
