Fine to have shellac for birth ?

Yes it's fine but as a general rule hospitals prefer bare nails because the oxygen SATs monitor that goes on your finger doesn't work well through polish. They also consider it a contamination risk for surgery.

I have biab done every month, I asked my midwife and she said it'll be fine unless you're having a planned C-section
