Hi all how much calpol is too much. I’m worried about giving every night but my little one struggles at night due to teething. I don’t give it during the day and at night he only has one dose

Every night for how many nights? Sorry I'm FTM,but it sounds that it is time to stop. Don't get me wrong,but EVERY night doesn't sound right to me...

Since my baby has had his jabs which was 2 weeks ago he has had more of a temp. See my son was born with a tooth and another has come through (he is 10 weeks) and hed also struggling with that. We have had to give calpol when we feel he needs it which is more at night or when he has a long nap during the day.

Paracetamol is perfectly safe, as long as you don't give more than 4 doses in 24 hours. I'm a pharmacist - giving my baby paracetamol and ibuprofen daily whilst teething!
