Asprin

Would I be wrong if I don’t wanna take any aspirin for my pregnancy? back in 2023 I had a chemical pregnancy I got pregnant soon after I went in for blood work and ultrasound I was six weeks along My levels were going up. I went in for my eight week checkup. Everything looked great ACG levels continued to rise. She recommended me to take aspirin at that appointment, I even bought the bottle and I even showed her if it was the right one she told me yes so I proceeded to take one and I miscarried two days after she is now telling me to take aspirin again I am six weeks long and my levels are going through the roof. I am scared to take it again.

Are you having symptoms that led her to recommend?

I dot. Think the aspirin caused it. It doesn’t really have any negative affects just it could help. My mom stopped taking it and had a miscarriage right after. I don’t think taking it and two days later it wouldn’t have had an affect. I’d take it if people suggest you to. I’ve taken it for all of mine for precaution. Also it can help with preeclampsia and blood clots and what not.

Listen to your heart. All the studies that have been done have concluded that aspirin is safe during pregnancy and does not increase the risk of miscarriage or birth defects. I have been taking aspirin since before conception and im pretty sure I was able to conceive my rainbow baby due to it. But also, if i've learned anything its not to doubt mother's intuition, and if the idea of taking aspirin stresses you out that chronic stress puts you at a higher risk of complications than you are without the aspirin
