Baby daddy
My baby daddy hurt me physically emotionally and verbally in 2022 to 2023, he blames me for all of it. I put him in jail & after that I never seen him again, I have asked for help from him but he won’t help me. I have applied for child support, but I’m scared of how it will play out. I don’t want him to be apart of my life but I struggle with my daughter alone financially. Is child support worth it? Am I wrong for putting him in jail? He has 4 other baby mamas & a lot child support cases on him. If I take him to court do I have a big win or no?

As someone that was abused for years it is not your fault. It took me a total of 3 years to leave my abuser. Now hes back in jail again. Not sure why they keep letting him out. File for child support. There is no reason hes on child support for 4 other children but wont help with yours. He doesnt pay he goes back to jail for failure to pay. It wont be alot due to other moms getting it too but every little bit helps. Even just 50 bucks is a case of diapers, or a few outfits or a 50 dollar toy. He helped create life while destroying yours.
