We booked Disney Paris full board plus - what is Actually included like when you have your lunch in a sit down is it just one course is it food and a drink?

It's usually 3 courses and non alcoholic drink included I believe. But it depends on the restaurant. If you look up where you want to dine they'll have the menus available online :)
