Journey to muscle mommy 💪🏽🥰

Good evening sweetie’s!

I am 2 years postpartum & currently a month into starting (early morning sessions.. 4x time a week)

Suffering with social anxiety since young it took me a lot to even just sign up 🫣

Just wanted to say there is no rush when to start your fitness journey but what helped me with my first steps was changing my diet (smaller portions, eating more veg and fruit, cutting out high sugar intake & drinking loads of water/fresh juices) , doing home workouts even if its only for 10-15 mins a day or going on walks on my own or with my daughter.

Feel free to message me if you need encouragement or just a lil motivation.. also if you have any tips, i would appreciate them too 💗

I watched an amazing nutritionist video about balancing your diet and that people push protein but fibre is key!

I also am a big fan of online apps for working out and have tried loads if you want any suggestions for gym or home!

Well done! Moving is always so good! X

Yes girl 💖
I’m 19 weeks into my first pregnancy and am ordinarily a gym bunny.
My nutrition has been questionable at best the last 7-8 weeks it’s actually been awful to be honest and I know the size I’m gaining isn’t just baby things, it’s thrown me out of whack with the gym too because I feel really self conscious 🥺
But little things add up! Doing a short workout is better than none, a walk instead of a run is great, gentle yoga beats sitting on the sofa, all these small choices are big deals when we’re in this pregnancy/mama place 🥹 x

I need all the motivation, I have around 6 months to get back to a semi good state of fitness. Only 2 weeks postpartum (C section) so still taking it one day at a time 😅x
