How do we react to fake crying and loud screaming?
My LO is recently using her very bright and loud voice to scream whenever something doesn’t happen to be the way she wants it to be. Also very big in the game is fake crying.
It drives me nuts and I don’t know how to… well basically get her under control. lol even though I know that’s never going to happen.

I'm not sure it's fake but my son has been tantruming a lot more these days. I haven't found any solutions other than making sure he's in a safe place, like his playpen, and letting him tantrum it out. It seems like me trying to hold him to comfort that way doesn't work with these kinds of meltdowns. The more attention I pay to him the worse it seems to get, whereas if I don't give him much attention aside from the occasional "I love you", "I'm here when you want me", the tantrums tend to end faster. Sometimes distractions like running water in the sink or taking him outside work. Good luck mama!

Yeah the best thing to do at this stage is just ignore the tantrum and reward the behavior you want. Eventually they will figure out that when they tantrum they do not get what they want and stop doing it. The more attention you pay them at this point will just feed them and make it worse. Obviously if they are acting like that because they are hungry or tired or have some need then you need to meet their needs first but if there is no real issue and they are just upset because they are not getting their way then just wait it out.
