I don’t know if I’m pregnant!!!

Recently I have had intercourse with my partner on my ovulation days…like the prime days to get pregnant. The pull out method was not fully successful on ovulation. I am roughly 7 DPO. I took a test this morning and it was negative, but I figured it would be this early on. I have been cramping in the front and back and having a lot more discharge than usual (like lotion consistency) which I know can sometimes also be correlated with ovulation, but that’s really not normal for me. I want a baby, but my partner does not right now so I have mixed emotions, as I would be super excited, but also feel guilty if I was since my partner doesn’t want a baby at the moment. I didn’t know if any of you have gotten a positive 8DPO test and if any of my symptoms correlated with what you all had when you were pregnant. When I was pregnant with my son, I was having implantation cramps, but it was later on when I started having them, like when I was one or two days late on my period so this is kind of early for me, but I don’t know if it’s early because my body has already had a child before. If anyone has advice, please let me know!
