Expressed breast milk whilst travelling

My baby is 11 weeks old and exclusively fed breast milk by expressing due to difficulties latching caused by a tounge tie which he had snipped at 3 weeks old but by then he was used to the bottle and wouldn't go on breast.

My question is - im travelling for a week all inclusive, we have a fridge and kettle in the hotel room. How do I use my breast pumps more than once whilst travelling to my destination to keep them sterlie? I have a large breast milk cooler and bottle warmer for his feeds whilst travelling but I will still need to express milk for him and my own comfort and im not sure how I can do this? At home I use the fridge method and then sterlize his the parts once in 24 hours. I also don't want to have to go back to the hotel room every couple of hours to express milk so need to find a way to safely do this multiple times on the go. I really dont want to put him on forumla for the holiday but its seeming the easiest thing to do for convenience.

Technically you don't have to sterilise breast parts now. I still do but you don't even need to do it every 24 hours. However if you feel better sterilising them take some Milton tablets and a dish and cold water sterilise them at the end of each day.

With regard to pumping out and about, could you maybe take 2 pumps out with you and try to ask to use some kitchen facilities to give them a quick wash with soapy water? Then by the time you come to use that pump again, if you alternate, it'll be dry? But also worst case if you can't wash it at least you have another pump with you so you don't have to go back to the room EVERY time, you could go back every 2/3 pumps?
