Help

My 2 year old seems to be having a allergic reaction to something she ate at daycare. She’s not showing any signs of discomfort no swelling. Nothing out of the ordinary other than red splotches on her face and chest . Some disappearing and re appearing. Some that have been consistent . Should I take her to the doctor tonight? She’s had this before when I found out she was allergic to green apples but I genuinely can’t remember what happened and how the doctor helped when I went. Need advice from anyone whose kid has allergies. Go or is there something I can do at home ?
