Im needed at court regarding my daughter just waiting on a date , however the dad will be informed by the social worker , the problem is my daughters dad came out of prison last year and is on a suspended sentence and a restraining order with conditions not to contact me directly or indirectly , my anxiety is through the roof because I know full well hell come and speak to me , i have told the social worker and showed her the order... but i doubt she would take it on board , the last thing I want to be doing is contacting the police about him breaching the order... I don't know what to do im on edge 😫 the last time we actually spoke was April last year before he went to prison... literally don't know what to do

Maybe ask your social worker to remind him if his restraining order when she tells him. Hopefully it might just be enough to keep him away.
But dont hesitate to call the police if he does show up you have no need to communicate with the guy if he calls hang up if he shows up ring the police dont tell yourself anything other than you are protecting your child
