I’m commenting bc i genuinely want to know too 😫 this toddler wearing us out

I had to start taking things my toddler enjoyed, her tablet , take away her too room for a little, take away cartoons/movies and if that don’t help I take away outside time

Make them think its their idea. "Do you want me to carry you to bed or do you want to hop like a bunny? Do you want a banana or apple with your breakfast? Do you want to climb in the car or do you want me to put you in?" Give them 2 options you are ok with and let them choose. They are less likely to fight something they pick. And then timers with reminders. I set an alarm for everything, first time it goes off is "5 minute warning", I snooze and when it goes off again thats time to turn off the tablet, or leave, or whatever it is. Its not fool proof but its cut down on the struggle a ton.

“They just have to grow out of it” seems like the appropriate answer but I’m also losing my mind 😂. I’m in the middle of the not listening, huh?, and why war. She listens for the most part but when it comes to cleaning or putting something away, she thinks it’s funny. And then when she gets in trouble she also thinks it’s funny. I just started walking away and saying nevermind or I’ll just let her brother do it. THEN she wants to listen

i've been locking myself in my room lol and telling him I can't be around hi. unless he listens... he cries cuz he wants me to come back

Am I overreacting?

My LG goes to nursery 4 days a week (3 half days and 1 full day). We have to provide our own nappies and wipes and were told when they’re running out so we can restock, which is fine.

My issue is, the last few days, my LG has come home in a random nappy from a brand that isn’t hers and she’s started to become sore down there. When my partner brought it up to the baby room manager, her response was ‘oh well, babies are babies, it doesn’t matter and they pull them out the drawers’. For one, the drawers are high up as I’ve seen them so shouldn’t be getting pulled out and 2. If I’m providing nappies, use them because what if the persons nappies being used, can’t afford a lot?

We’ve had no issues with the nursery until this but I wonder if maybe I’m overreacting about it?

Car seats

I’m so sorry if this is a stupid question but I’ve just found out I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby. What happens with car seats in the back of the car? My other two are still in car seats they are nearly 4 & 2? Where will the new born car seat go? Am I being stupid?🤦🏽‍♀️😂😂😂

Visitors of newborn.

I’m feeling a bit anxious about having visitors after I get home from having my baby. I know a baby’s immune system is immature for the first 2 months of life and don’t want her to get any germs.

I am worried about family members turning up and not telling me their poorly like got a cough or viral thing. My question is has anyone ever visited your home and been poorly?
