So if i leave my bd would he beable to take our son from me ?
Long story short he claims he can and will take our son whenever he wants to , but i want to know if he can with out a court order ....... im pretty sure he isnt on the birth certificate due to an email I got after 2 ish months of filling out all the stuff online with him but pretty sure he never finished it

Double check first if he is even on the birth certificate, if he is not. He has 0 right in taking your son, that would basically be kidnapping….
I would look up even if he’s on the birth certificate your state and what their laws are because in some states if you’re not married, then sometimes the mom gets complete custody even if the Dad’s on the birth certificate unless there’s a court order.
