Medication

My 19-month old has a really tickly cough which is keeping him up or waking him up through the night. He’s coughing about every 15 seconds or so. Can anyone recommend any good medicine that he can take? Thank you 🩵

We've just had this and honestly, nightmare. I panic bought a Vicks humidifier and it was really helpful! It's a really gentle smell (opposite to the Calpol plug in) and nice cool mist which helped calm his cough. I recommend putting it on a little while before bedtime though as it can take a while to make a difference in the room.
